Global Head of Operations Industrialization for the Business Group Lighting including all Product Groups of Headlamps, Rearlamps, Interior Lighting and Carbody Lighting. Main responsibilities are including Launch Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Standardization in Production and P&L responsibility for an inhouse assembly line equipment & fixture supplier.

Area of responsiblity: - P&L responsiblity for several global customers (Volvo, Tesla, Trucks and others) - leading program management and product development within the customer business unit globally

- Cross functional organization (project management, system management, hard- and software engineer, mechanical design) to develop PCB/A’s incl. software for all exterior lighting projects in APAC plus application of existing Electronic Control Units - Support global cost targets & flexibility by leading global work packages in APAC - Repositioning local organization in global network - improvement program’s incl. external cooperation’s for higher flexibility & cost competitiveness in APAC

- Achieving acquisition targets for headlamp projects within APAC for International/Joint Venture & local OEMs - Q/C/T responsible for 10+ headlamp projects (date of sourcing until SOP) with 5-10mnEUR project budget & 50-100mnEUR total turnover per project - Leading 3 different customer groups in Nanjing + further team in another APAC Technical Center - Drive improvement program’s for capacity & capability build up, project target achievement, attrition rate reduction & customer relationship

- Achieving acquisition target for headlamps and rear combination lamp within CN - Leading important acquisitions for International/Joint Venture (S-VW, S-GM / GMNA, Volvo, C-JLR, DPCA) and local OEMs (Geely, Chery) - Improvement of acquisition process and success by lessons learneds, improved cost sensitive mindset within organization, accurate and transparent cost estimation under time pressure

Leading a development of a Rear-Combination-Lamp for a multinational vehicle with responsibility for timing/costs/quality until SO(R)P. Moreover, taking care that all requirements for a lamp production by two companies with different technology standards in Mexico/Korea/China are fulfilled and considered in the design.
