Head of a team of 27 people divided into two main groups. The project managers coordinate the development of new active ingredients & products. The controllers handle reporting, budgeting and forecasting services.

Special project to ensure compliant processes and practices in all Western, Central and Eastern European countries as well as the Middle East and Africa.

Controlling team responsible for classic controlling services such as reporting, forecasting and budgeting. Additionally this team was responsible for our medium term Market Approach Strategies as well as the Customer Relationship Management IT tool.

Central marketing unit in charge of long term strategy, strategic planning, resource allocation, protfolio decisions and advertising measures for key brands. The country level marketing organizations were independent and needed to b e convinced of policy or strategic changes.

Classical country management role but covering all countries south of the Sahara. All disciplines including sales, marketing, controlling, supply chain and regulatory were included in my team.

Global management of several active ingredients as well as project work including portfolio rationalization and data integration.
