- Project lead for major restructuring project for IT and development. - Finance lead for the due diligence, acquisition, and integration of Sachcontrol. - Global standardisation of reporting for the DAAS region.

- CFOO NL including 6 legal entities in the Netherlands with 140 employees and a revenue base of $60m. - Finance and operational lead for a major business turnaround project including restructuring of the Automotive and Financial Services sector. - Executive Management Team member and responsible for all finance areas for Solera NL Group with 18 team members. - Operational owner of business/sales processes. - Project chairman for the implementation of MS Dynamics with a successful go-live in July 2013.

- CFOO for three Solera companies in Switzerland and Austria with a total revenue base of $20m and an EBITDA of around $9m. - Responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly closings and forecasting as well as operational owner of business processes including Sales Pipeline, Account Management, etc. - Responsible for accounting, controlling, and billing with 5 team members.

- Assistant to global Head of Business Planning and Administration of the Bayer Pharmaceuticals Subgroup. - Review and optimization of controlling processes across all headquarter controlling and administration function including forecast optimization, revenue planning, month-end forecasting, COGS forecasting, etc.

- Bayer HealthCare controlling rotation with multiple assignments in Germany and the United States including Global HealthCare, local US Pharmaceuticals, Global DiabetesCare, and Global AnimalHealth Product Supply controlling. - Forecasting and reporting throughout the assignments with the BHC Systems ABACUS, DeltaMaster, MIS Plain, and COCO.

- Head of Internal Control Systems (ICS) and SOX for China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan with a team of 5 ICS Managers. - Project lead to plan and setup an “Accounts Payable Shared Service Center“ for China with a headcount budget for 50 people and an overall cost Budget of 1.9 m€. - Project lead to implement a process optimization/internal Control’s Project for 4 Bayer LE’s with a budget of 1.3 m€

- Lead for a process optimization project and the establishment of an Internal Control System for Bayer in the area of Sales and Distribution, Procurement, HR, as well as Finance/Accounting. - Review process documentation for sufficiency and adequacy in all relevant areas. - Process support for the SAP implementation in four Bayer legal entities.
