I lead the Global Innovation Design and Validation team in SAP Innovation Services. We bring new ideas and concepts to business impact, both for our customers, making business sense and opportunity of edge technology, as well as in SAP Innovation Services, managing a high value layer of services for emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and IOT.

The Global Service Innovation team is an R&D unit for SAP Service white spaces, ie areas that are new both for SAP and our customers, developing knowledge assets (Intellectual Capital) for SAP Services. It covers the Innovation Funnel from Research/Scouting to Venture Management and handover to the Service Organisation for scale. Responsible for the team strategy and innovation portfolio management.

Nominated as ad interim team lead for the Global Service Innovation team during its transformation between March 2016 and July 2016. The Global Service Innovation team acts as the R&D unit for SAP Service (DBS) white spaces, ie areas that have not yet been approached both by SAP and our customers, delivering knowledge assets (Intellectual Capital) for DBS. It covers the Innovation Funnel from Research/Scouting to Venture Management and handover to the Service Organisation for scale.

Global Service Innovation I head several programs in the area of Innovation and Mobile, focusing on identifying new business opportunities for SAP Services, and driving customer innovation: - Head of Innovation DNA program in APJ - Co-Lead of SAP Global IOT Services Practice - Global Lead for SAP Idea Management Methodology - Global Service Owner of SAP Mobile Strategy Services

6 months fellowship as part of SAP's high potential program. A program with the vision to instill an Innovation DNA into the APJ Services organization (~1500 employees). Responsible for defining and implementing an Innovation Framework for SAP APJ Services organisation to · create ideas, · select impactful ones and · implement them with a strong focus on customers and partners, and the goal to create business opportunities and brand value for SAP
