Major say on franchising decisions, national tactical activity and all other dealer facing programmes across all functions.
Dealer network development for new MINI franchise from launch (July 2001), with primary focus on sales, recruitment and training, and dealer marketing. Full responsibility for delivery of new and used sales targets and results. Peak new car sales volume 47,000 through 148 dealerships.
