• Responsible for all technical system documentation for all products, both in written and electronic formats, for both internal and external use. • Responsible for setting up and running company technical system training for customers and group installation and service engineers. • Responsible for control of Customer source acceptance visits for equipment sign off of value $1m+.

• Responsible for Installation, Repair, Commissioning and Qualification of Semiconductor Wet Process equipment across U.K. and Western Europe. • Responsible for all technical and operator training functions for major automated equipment line (circa $1.2m), and production of training notes & manuals. • Responsible for Technical Support functions including Field Engineer and Customer support, technical quotations and enquiries etc.

• Entirely responsible for all internal and external service work, and post sales calibration. • Financial accounting of service department. • Technical Support to customers and agents. • Technical Training of Overseas agents and some sales work.
