Our mission in Sylius is to catalyse trade with technology. To do that, we've implemented Holacracy - a self-management practice for organisations. Within that system there are no managers, heads, executives etc., just roles you fulfil. The roles I focus the most on currently are: New Business Developer, Partnerships Developer and Customer Catalyst. I am also the Lead Link of our Outreach (marketing) Circle.
