• Process transfer Process in specific machine and set up measure recipes to obtain in-line data for analysis and recipe adjustment • Trend chart maintain (SPC) Daily review trend chart to examine the abnormality and identify pre-layer, chamber, recipe, or measure issue. • Process improvement Survey often-down machines, recipes and examine chamber condition, gas calibration to optimize recipe for each chamber • Yield enhancement Organize wafer sort data to improve yield loss in process
