Led research, design and development project, from setting up roadmap with product manager and business teams to create, prioritize and trade-off requirements, setting research, experimenting, realizing functional UI, documenting specifications, to provide deliverables for the development team through Agile&Scrum; Project topics span from main web app, mobile app website. Designed & managed all software upgrades via release notes to both in-&external stakeholders every 3-week design sprint at Wordpress.

- Worked closely with domain experts and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog; setup short-/long-term design strategies on roadmap in alignment with product vision. Organized qualitative stakeholder research and analyzed user behavior data from usability testing to identify the key user flow and needs. - Mapped user journey, and touchpoints in the home-hospital ecosystem, upgrading existing software to scalable service design solutions along the journey.
