All G rural and urban Open RAN solutions design and delivery, proofs-of-concept, and interoperability testing with MNOs around the world. Designed and delivered 500 nodes of UBR solution for an MNO in southeast Asia. Prepare technical documents for the project delivery and handover. Help prepare a technical response to the Open RANRFP/RFI. Work and coordinate with other OEMs (like power systems and transmission) involved in the project.

Designed and delivered HPE SDM solutions, including iHSS, viHSS, and Dynamic SIM provisioning. Prepared technical documentation for the solution delivery. Deployed the solution and integrated it with the client’s network. Performed acceptance testing and handed it over to the operations team. Seamlessly converted over 20M legacy GSM/UMTS mobile subscribers into LTE. Working closely with the Practice head, formulating go-to-market strategies, responding to RFP/RFI, and launching new services.

Managed all of Huawei's network elements deployed in the customer network. The scope had 110 MSCs, 60 BSCs, 1000+ network equipment, and 200 transmission nodes. Acted as incident manager during critical outages. Ensured that physical (hardware/software) inventory levels were monitored and replenished as needed. Made presentations on project status, and presented monthly and annual reports to seniors. Ensured that department milestones/goals meet and adhere to approved budgets.

Deployed HPE SDM (GSM and CDMA HLR/OCMP) solutions, acceptance testing, and interoperability testing. Migrated 30M CDMA subscribers from Alcatel to HPE HLRs. Helped developed a migration tool and migrated 20M GSM subscribers from Huawei to HPE HLR. Provided level three onsite technical support to the client on the deployed solution. Provided on-job training and cross-training to team members and clients’ technical staff on deployment approaches and OAM.

Designed and implemented new solutions for wireless global roaming service, SCCP translation service, wireless number portability & managed roaming service. Identified appropriate technologies and solutions to meet the current and future requirements of the market. Engaged with customer technical staff to define their requirements and incorporate the same into the overall network design. The configuration of GTT, MNP & new telephone numbers of series routing.

Conducted the onsite survey, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of GSM/CDMA equipment. Integrated with the client’s other network elements like BSC/SMSC/VMS/Billing/VAS nodes. Handled proof-of-concept testing, interoperability testing, and network design validation in the lab. Functioned as core network SME on planning efforts on new systems implementation within the national network. Performed various migrations (MSC/MSC-S/MGW/HLR/HSS/BSC/RNC) or new device implementations.
