Managed all of Huawei's network elements deployed in the customer network. The scope included 110 MSCs, 60 BSCs, 1000+ pieces of network equipment, and 200 transmission nodes. Acted as incident manager during critical outages. Ensured that physical (hardware/software) inventory levels were monitored and replenished as needed. Made presentations on project status and presented monthly and annual reports to seniors. Ensured that department milestones/goals were met and adhered to approved budgets.

Deployed HPE SDM (GSM/CDMA HLR & OCMP) solutions, leading integration, acceptance, and interoperability testing. Successfully migrated 30M CDMA and 20M GSM subscribers to HPE OpenCall HLR using a custom migration tool. Provided Level-3 technical support and delivered technical training to customer and internal teams, ensuring successful deployments and operational excellence.

Designed and implemented wireless global roaming, SCCP translation, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), and managed roaming solutions. Collaborated with customers to gather technical requirements and develop scalable network designs aligned with business needs. Configured GTT, MNP, and numbering plans, ensuring reliable routing, seamless service integration, and network optimization.

Conducted the onsite survey, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of GSM/CDMA equipment. Integrated with the client’s other network elements like BSC/SMSC/VMS/Billing/VAS nodes. Handled proof-of-concept testing, interoperability testing, and network design validation in the lab. Functioned as core network SME on planning efforts on new systems implementation within the national network. Performed various migrations (MSC/MSC-S/MGW/HLR/HSS/BSC/RNC) or new device implementations.
