As a recruiter outsouced to a client, I take active role in developing customer relationships, I manage internal recruitment processes and perform all my duties on behalf of my client. My objective is to add value to internal HR/Recruitment team by bringing innovation, market insights and new industry trends.

•Responsible for transfer of HR administrative processes from corporate locations in Israel, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland and Turkey to HR Shared Services scheme •Payroll preparation •Onboarding (preparing contracts, creating employees’ profiles in Peoplesoft software, communication with recruiters, ordering of background checks, communication with candidates) •Terminations (coding of Peoplesoft profiles , calculation of remaining payments, preparing of exit letters) •Leave of absence administration

• HR support between signing the contract and the end of probation period for employees and hiring managers from supported countries (UKI, Lithuania, Nordic countries) • Communication with hiring managers and recruitment team • Creating employee profiles in several databases (SAP, Lotus Notes, Workday) • Resolving of issues raised by contact centre • Training of contact centre agents • Leading briefing calls with new hired employees

• Resolving of HR, Payroll and Expenses related issues for supported countries (UKIE, • Switzerland, Nordiccountries, Lithuania) via phone and email • Cooperation with Level 2 HR teams on updating knowledge documentation • Using of several HR and timekeeping tools on daily basis (HR SAP, Workday, Citrix, ETES Timekeeping tool)
