I worked as a Customer Happiness Manager at Beducated and was responsible that the customers were being cared for at all times. I was creating and implementing processes in the Customer Happiness Department that allowed us to create a smooth workflow and I was the voice for our students. I created the key connection between the students and the Team, so we could make sure we create an extraordinary experience for what beducated stands for.

Medical assistant specialized in birth health. Acting Office Manager (3 Months). Organized monthly team meetings, responsible for medical orders of the clinic and registration of lab results. In charge of invoicing, accounting (GOÄ-System), cleaning and sterilization, laboratory work (blood taking, urine analysis, blood pressure, pregnancy tests, electrocardiogram and tocogram, the training for new members of the team, appointment system management for the office.
