• Delivery of recruitment projects regarding middle to senior level profiles • Actively participate in meetings with clients, presenting permanent placement services in order to promote company image and source new business, as well as follow-up on these activities • Continually seek to develop the business within existing clients through contacts with Line - Managers by identifying new sales leads

• Organize, control and manage recruitment process for assigned clients • Organize, motivate and supervise project team if its required • Acquisition of clients • Provide support to other colleague’s projects • Perform all procedures in accordance with company policy • Perform necessary market research • Present company in professional manner • Perform other tasks per superior’s request
