• Responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of components being made into finished goods within a business unit • Full accountability for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost and delivery requirements are met. Manage the team on best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and leading teams. • Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals.

• Conducting the production plan for produced BD to ensure product conformity to MB quality standards, and to conform to ISO/TS 16949, MPS, VDA6.3, ISO 14001 and ISO 180001 standards and company regulations. • Creating the related department documents (Procedure, work instructions and formats). • Establishing and implementing the required production procedures, work instructions, inspection sheets.

• Establish and continuously update documentations for machining line to ensure best product quality and daily reporting • Problem investigation and analysis in cooperation with Quality (if needed) to solve the frequent problems. • Coordinate continuous improvement workshops to apply new methods and ideas to improve the performance of production line. • Initiate corrective actions for major and repeated problems, problem solving process

• Resolving faults and problems related to software and operation in Brake Disk machining line to maintain smooth uninterrupted operation. • Assure continuous application of TPM in the shift as per TPM schedule. • Assure accurate execution of procedures and work instructions concerning Brake Disk machining. • Adjust programs of CNC machines as required to assure highest quality of product.

Receiving the mechanical drawing sheets, supervise the production processes, Supervise the assembly & responsible for the External maintenance for hydraulic and mechanical parts (i.e. surgery operation table, Light source, X-Ray Table...etc).
