Project based position. Within the Talent Management Structure, I joined the Leadership Institute to manage the Learning Management System of the company, and lead and participate several other projects: development of Sales and Commercial Academy, design and coordination of a communication plan to increase the usage of the Learning Network in the Automotive business, design of model and data analysis for impact of Employee Engagement and Leadership scores.

Participate in several projects involving HR Management; including recruitment, change management, L&D, Talent Management, Management Audit... I also managed the Shanghai Office of the company for three months; and came back to Barcelona to act as a main liaison for projects that involved Asia and internationalization.

During a the acquisition of CESS by Prosegur, I was hired to manage the recruitment processes of CESS temporary, until the merger concluded.

Intern at the HR Department, participating in several recruitment, L&D, and the day to day of the HR department.

Part of the Recruitment team; and responsible, as with the other 5 interns, of managing the CV review and first interview process.
