• Assisting Head of Division in administrating the division activity; drafting and implementation of marketing programs in intellectual property (IP) field;

• Coordination and implementation of the international cooperation programs and EU integration activities in IP field; • Managing organizational arrangements at the national, regional and international levels (conferences, seminars, exhibitions etc.). • Carrying out protocol arrangements on behalf of foreign delegations (hotel reservation, visa procedures, cultural activities, provide translation where necessary);

• Writing business correspondence in Romanian, Russian, English; • Ensure international activity of the Agency; • Monitoring bilateral action plans with regional IP offices, International organizations and regional governmental and non-governmental organizations; • Drafting reports on various sessions of WIPO committees and working groups; • Participation in different international, regional and national IP related events (conferences, seminars, exhibitions, workshops).
