Heading Sales & Bid Management of Rail Infrastructure (RI) automation projects with focus on advanced mass-transit signaling & train control (CBTC) and telecommunication systems.

Leading Sales, Bids & Business Development activities for Bombardier's rail-signaling business in India; youngest member of the India Management Team. Responsible for the sales process from new opportunity identification to contract award encompassing: drafting of capture plans and bid strategy, partner selection, customer interface, cross-functional and cross-border team management ensuring internal buy-in from all stakeholders (including approvals from senior management).

Post MBA, selected for Bombardier's global key talent program aimed to nurture prospective future leaders by training the participants for leadership roles. The program encompasses rotations across functions (Business Development, Bid Management) and multiple site locations (Stockholm, Bangkok, Pittsburgh) giving exposure to senior management and Bombardier's global business. This included an international assignment of 6 months in 'Bid Management' based out of Bangkok (the APAC of BT).

Developed the concept and business model for using a digital platform to spread awareness, to engage in dialogue with patients and HCPs and to promote Merck’s ART technology products

Product Management and development of protection and control units (Electronic Relays) for Circuit Breakers.

Developed a prototype on wireless communication to monitor process parameters in oil-wells (a small scale SCADA)
