As PM I’m responsible for all projects, deliverables and implementations, as well as all related change management of this program in company worldwide, which involves 30,000 users at 220+ sites in over 100 countries.

I was responsible for the successful implementation of all projects, as well as the necessary change management to accomplish the switch from distributed local IT teams into one single global IT organization. This program was implemented in the entire company which involves 220 sites in 90 countries; when concluded this program was rated 4.3 out of a 5 scale.

Planning and directing all IT projects to be implemented in Central, South America and Africa. Stakeholder management with all business areas, overall communication and change management for all projects to be implemented through the IT Productivity program in these regions. Service establishment and SLA. Organizational design.

Major Accomplishments: • Global WAN Redesign: Design and implementation of a new MPLS topology for Tetra Pak’s Global WAN, impacting 100+ sites in 40+ countries worldwide. Contract negotiations with 3 major providers in Europe, Asia and Americas valued at over 14 million Euros. • Legacy Systems Migration Project: • Cisco VoIP: Design and implementation of the Cisco VoIP solution for telephony and Cisco MeetingPlace for conferencing.

Responsible for the local IT team in Argentina who provided technical infrastructure and applications support to users at 6 locations in the country.
