Medical Express is a health insurance TPA, they have their own web application, which is Oracle based. I was in charge of maintaining all the servers, working on the Disaster Recovery project, which was a requirement by Allianz for the BCP (Business Continuity Plan). I used my previously gained skills to set up procedures for new and leaving employees, among other procedures. I planned as well the support management system, and trained regional IT Managers for other branches

IRIS is an IT consultancy company and systems integrator. I was in charge of all projects, in distributing engineers and technicians into their teams, and assigning them to different projects, based on capability and availability as well. I had to always keep a good relationship with suppliers and clients, perform some deals myself when it came to important clients, or at least when it was our first deal with a specific client (ministries and such). In charge of achieving the Cisco and MS partnerships.

In charge of all ms servers, backups of both ms and non ms servers. All the servers on any of the company’s network were my responsibility as well as the backup, working as a team with the DB and Linux admins. Added the experience in HEAT, Goldmine, and VBIG. Applied my past experience and added value to the company’s intranet. In charge of renewing domains and hosting websites and ftp sites for clients. Handling all callcenter issues, schedule, performance monitoring, follow ups and new related project

Responsible for all the company’s infrastructure, which includes the servers (Isa, Exchange, Active Directory, SQL…); the company’s customized software known as Noria, which was provided by EDM.

National PC is a system builder company; it manufactures the Unity brand, which I was responsible for its quality. My responsibilities included, but not limited to, choosing the appropriate hardware to make our systems, the models, and to monitor the production’s performance.

In charge of the company’s QMS (Quality Management System), make sure all the company is complying with the ISO program as set, and since I was the Management Representative I was in charge of the internal audit’s tasks.

In charge of all the projects that would give the company’s products some added value, like implementing the ISO program and joining the “Designed for Microsoft Windows XP” program.

Audit the company’s IT structure. Check the network infrastructure security. Plan the BCP with the IT manager. Plan the security path for compliance with BDL requirements.

Administer Windows 2000 Servers, Active Directory environment, Domino servers, backed up all sort of important data on a daily basis, support for Lotus notes client installations and troubleshooting, support any special software for BIEL. I had to send quotation requests for any new servers or part, and then study offers from IT companies and ISPs, and in charge of any workstation troubleshooting. In charge of training newly employed assistants in the IT department.

Maintenance for hardware/ software and networking environments, network implementations, supervise technical work done In the technical department. Help customers with any technical problems over the phone (hotline service), handled most of the maintenance contracts.

Help in the management of the college, maintain the classroom's system, monitor exams, and register students for new exams or courses, advice students concerning their IT certifications and careers.

Delivered the COMPTIA A+ course.

Offer computer maintenance (Hardware and Software) and some network maintenance as well.
