Site Leadership member, managing 9 direct and 35 indirect project resources. Led the integration of the biggest manufacturing site responsible for 1/3 of total revenue, +87milion pack units/year, +1000 Headcount, +90 countries. Full implementation of SAP S/4 HANA , Migration of ~130 non-ERP systems and new IT Infrastructure, and Organizational change management process. Liaise between site and global team, keeping the engagement of functional areas even in cases of downsizing of automation.

During the merger process after Elanco acquired Bayer’s Animal Health business, the Value Capture area was created to evaluate and implement synergies between Elanco and Legacy Bayer. I was responsible for leading the evaluation and proposing the manufacturing strategy for Ecto parasiticide and Shampoo’s portfolio involving manufacturing sites in Mexico, Brazil, and CMOs partners. Responsible for site divestment strategy and execution of Brazilian site shutting down the operations and decommissioning.

Develop the portfolio evaluation and manufacturing strategy focusing on consolidation and streamlining opportunities by insourcing/outsourcing. Led the tech transfer process from Brazil to Korea, aligning capacity and capabilities at receiving site. In parallel, I prepared the site divestment, people strategy, and decommission process of the site in Brazil. Responsible for stand-alone preparation of the manufacturing sites in Brazil, Mexico, and Korea as part of Bayer's divestment of its AH business.

Led 06 direct reports in different countries and was responsible for transforming Product Supply LATAM, providing sustainability and flexibility, inventory mngt, launches prioritization, formulation, and packaging changes, and supplier due diligence on make-or-buy strategies. Design and implement a hybrid solution for a new manufacturing strategy using CMOs, combined with Drug Products supply, including an inventory strategy during the transition period for Finished goods and Raw Materials with Procurement.

Responsible for External Manufacturing in the Crop Science business, managing suppliers of chemical formulation, drug products, and 5 suppliers of seed breeding and treatment (cotton and rice). Building a partnership with suppliers, anticipating and driving resolution of capacity constraints, campaigning, or phasing issues. Deploy the global procurement strategy in Brazil — and the local approach in make-or-buy decisions. Cost reduction and increasing Supplier reliability through relationship improvement.

Responsible for implementing a “Category Strategy” for Raw Material, Packaging, and Maintenance. Continuous improvement of tactical purchasing processes, data-oriented supporting target achievements. Consignment stock strategy developed and implemented for Maintenance and PPE purchases, optimizing the purchasing process, reducing inventory, and working capital. Drive cross-functional alignment, including strategic sourcing best practices to deliver the best total value in cost, quality, and innovation.

Structure processes for services and equipment purchases, bringing transparency to the purchasing process. Implementation of category strategy for raw material and packaging. Market monitoring and development of the second supplier, performance evaluation, and liability. Supply risk analysis, and risk mitigation. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
