• I developed a conversational HSE guidebook for top management visiting site and office locations, to promote 2-way non-fault-finding exchange between employees and managers. • I recreated the HSE induction for new employees that made it more relatable to their work activities.

• As part of a summer placement, I reduced the rate of unresolved reported hazards and near-misses by about 70% by consistent and persistent investigation, monitoring and following-up with action owners; while carrying out my other intern duties. Enhanced several modifications to the company’s hazard reporting database. • Initiated the transition into a new ergonomic program called RSI guard in the HES and Loss Prevention departments, by providing comprehensive training.
