Assistant for RM in financing to PE firms

Act as an intermediate in-between Relationship Managers and operational teams, in all matters directly or indirectly relating to servicing customers. Quote FX exchange/loan rates and deal with clients for daily commercial transactions, to ensure timely and quality processing of transactions. The non-routine tasks include UAT and handbook writing.

My job was mainly targeting future business models includes Fin-Tech and identifying the firm’s current flaws. The work as a project manager includes doing research, determining related departments, calling meetings, writing minutes and following up processes with each department involved. Communication across different departments was essential to this job. I was also in charge of monthly profit/lost analysis of proprietary trading departments.
