The research combines qualitative and quantitative studies aiming at potential of circular economy in plastic in e-waste. The results are successfully delivered including: 1. Applied Waste Mapping Method and visualized plastic waste leakage over the value chain 2. Forecasting the future development of plastic circularity by analysing relevant political interventions 3. Developed a data-driven predictive model of the future plastic availability in e-waste in 2030

The project focused on recycling polyamide in the pre-consumer textile industry in China, where I was in charge: • Circular Economy focussed market research on China's Textile Recycling Policy and Value Chain; • Structured interviews with technology and policy experts globally; • Exploratory interviews and relationship building with new commercial suppliers in Europe and Asia; • Extensive literature research and analysis of statistical consumption/waste data.

The company is dedicated to the solution of heat stress monitor and improving occupational safety & health, where I was responsible for: - Approached target markets through attendance at industrial exhibitions in Asia and the Middle East; - Digital Marketing: Planned, implemented and analyzed the campaign's performance - PR Management: pitched the company product and got an interview at the HongKong exhibition

The company provides innovative smart home solutions, where I was accountable for: - Customer relationship management (CRM) - Achieved 200% sales growth in Australia / New Zealand

- Maintained customer database by updating customer profile and monthly reports - facilitated communication between the Taiwan sales team and German headquarter

- Business development (1 new long-term business cooperation established with sales contribution of USD 400,000) - ODM projects coordination between clients and the factory - Attended international trade shows to expand target market

- Organized marketing campaigns through global exhibitions attendance: Germany, Thailand, Hongkong, China, Taiwan - User interface design for b2b website and e-news letters

- Researched and collected German market information - Provided German website materials for the project of multi-language company website
