Management of remote multicultural teams (headcount 30+ : ABAP, Authorizations, Basis (incl. hardware and servers), EDI, EAI\Dataflow, DevOps). Successful implementation of several minor projects.

Development and management of major system upgrade for ERP 6.0. Team planning and setup (headcount 25+), budget control, billing and escalation management. Design and support of complete business acceptance tests (selection of test objects, business test executors, process management, reporting and on-site meetings with senior management).

Successful planning and conduction of migration for German branch (3000+ unique business users) from ERP 6.0 to S4HANA. In time, in budget realization of various system expansions\custom SAP developments for European branches (SII Spain, eBooks Greece, Concur/E2E HR reporting solution, COVID tax related changes, IFRS, TREfF, IBERIA).

Successful completion of various functional updates and enhancements. Expansion of business: due to long and successful collaboration, managed to win larger, more complex and profitable project activities for my company (resulting in team expansion by 50%\4 FTE).
