Manage IT portals of project value: less than $100.000 (SGD).Analyse & clarify business requirement needs with business users before evaluating the efforts & costs of the Change Request.Seek alignments on common requirements needs to achieve synergy in the business functionality.Prepare the procurement papers for project fundings.Coordinate,conduct project kick-offs,training sessions and project presentations/updates to management & stakeholders.Provide consultancy advice & support on existing portals.

Gather and translate stakeholder’s requirements into functional specifications. Develop materials such as system/database documentation, system acceptance test, user acceptance test and training materials for projects’ deliverable. Conduct project updates and training session to clients/stakeholders. Provide consulting advice on system impact analysis to clients/stakeholders.

Gather & translate user’s requirements into business requirements & functional specifications.Develop materials for systems & users (use cases, data dictionary, process-flow diagram, system/database documentation, system acceptance test, user acceptance test & training materials).Performing analysis, evaluation & consultation advice.Conduct training sessions & support to end users upon system deployment. Developing & administering portals & databases (Visual Studio C#.Net, Javascript & Oracle).

Honours Project Title: Implement inventory tracking using RFID on a supply-chain management. Subjects: Computer Architecture, Discrete Mathematics, Distributed System, Coding and Cryptology, Event Driven Computing, Database Management Systems, Mobile Computing, Computer Vision.
