Programme Overview: Infra Separation, Application Financial Analysis and Application Migration to Cloud As part of the Senior Management Team working on a complex Infrastructure Separation Programme, my role was to run the Migration Workstream and to deputise for the Programme Director when required.

Programme Overview: Application Analysis and Consolidation, Application Knowledge Transfer and Operational Management I was headhunted to return to Bombardier Transportation as I had migrated the majority of Applications previously, Bombardier signed a $700 million 6-year Global IT Outsourcing single vendor contract.

Programme Overview: Application and Infra Analysis, Application Cost Benefits, and Infra and Application Migration and Operational Management I lead the European Migration Workstream as part of a Digital Transformation program for Allianz Global Investors to migrate all infra and applications onto its new Hyper-Converged Cloud Platform (SimpliVity).

My role as Lead Project Manager was to Project Manage, lead and mentor a team of projects managers/SME’s and was accountable for all migration activity of 2400 servers and applications to the cloud.
