o Technical contact with customer and support the resident engineer o Customer quality issues investigation (8D Reports, Fishbone, FTA and 5 Whys method) o Customer change request analysis and provide the change study and quotation o Releasing new hardware version according customer change request o Releasing hardware test plans and EMC test plan.

1- Requirement analysis and select new components during RFQ study 2- Design the BCM schematics for different customers (PSA, VW, Volvo...) and editing new symbols 3- Performing WCA (Worst Case Analysis) to ensure the robustness of the design 4- Perform hardware testing and real load integration 5- Functional testing to ensure the correct behavior of the Software 6- Developing PYTHON scripts for tests automation and time optimization 7- Supporting the manufacturing in troubleshooting defects
