Manage the German government funded DFG research project Keep tracking the progress of the project and in the meantime, coordinate the different project partners Development of a MEMS platform using silicon microfabrication technique in the cleanroom    Measure the thermoelectric properties of the integrated nanowire using the MEMS platform  Organize and give theoretic as well as practical lectures to bachelor and master students, in addition, supervise their graduation theses

Development of a method using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) to charge different dielectric layers  Inspect the behavior of the charges in different dielectric layers using AFM  Compare the different behaviors to find out the best dielectric layer for building a MEMS device
