The Third Year Representative is tasked with orchestrating a week-long chemical engineering expedition sponsored yearly by Royal Dutch Shell. Tasks included successfully coordinating the logistics of the trip such as booking hotels, transportation, and tours for a total of 80 students within a set budget. A detailed itinerary was created to guide the students throughout the trip to keep them informed of the tight schedule and individual responsibilities at each tour.
