Managing team of process engineers and technicians in specifying, procurement, receiving, setting, validating and releasing all necessary production equipment for wiring harness production. Coordinating collaboration between process engineering team and connected teams such as industrial engineering team, method lab. team, indirect purchasing team, suppliers, logistics team, production and quality management team.

Coordinating all activities regarding process engineering in wiring harness part of the plant. Managing maintenance workers and team of process engineers in equipping plant with necessary machines, maintenance, design change management, continuous improvement, collaboration with relevant connected teams such as quality management, production team, etc. Budgeting process engineering department, training new workers and providing expertise for customer claims and other problematic issues.

Production of QHSE testing equipment (electronics laboratory test tables, test equipment for working with high and low voltage), quality checking, servicing those devices. Testing the functionality of power stations, as well as functional protection of power stations. Testing transformer insulating oils of high voltage transformers, electric insulation protective coverings in power plants and testing of personal protective equipment for working in power plants.
