I am currently working with Flipkart, India's leading E-commerce company as Regional manager, North city logistics design. This function, being customer facing drives overall customer experience and is also the highest contributor of cost in overall supply chain. Here my focus area is to build a cost-effective supply chain through structural cost reduction initiatives.

Driven lean projects like Kanban system, KPI dashboard & shop floor management system.Implemented T.O.S (truck operating system). Driven 5% Non-value-added reduction project through low cost automation & kaizen.

Focused on improving working efficiency of manufacturing shops through work analysis & motion study. MOST implementation in Bus production line. .Having focused on quality of work, it is also important to allocate right quantity to each worker. To have this balance between quality & quantity of work, our team launched Tata productivity excellence system, a socio-technical system based on MOST & Ergonomics. This system provided sustainable improvement in workforce productivity while bringing cost down.

Establish standard time using Maynard Operation Sequence Technique for sports utility vehicle assembly line. Yield improvement of 4-wheeler assembly line by 30% using VA/NVA studies, low cost automation & layout optimization projects.Line balancing & space optimization project for multi model SUV line through change in storage & part presentation, vertical space utilization & Just in sequence implementation.
