I’m a Reverse Engineering Manager in charge of developing, establishing, and structuring the reverse engineering strategy.” In my current role, I am responsible for building the reverse engineering activity from scratch, covering both the technical and business aspects. This includes defining the strategy, structuring internal processes, coordinating with workshops and suppliers, and converting technical opportunities into profitable business.

Responsibilities included site supervision and execution control of electrical and instrumentation works, coordination of contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring full compliance with technical specifications, HSE requirements, and project schedules.

Responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial compressors across multiple sites. Performed troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic performance checks to ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and reduced downtime, while providing direct technical support to customers.
