I was the go-to guy for doing demos and awareness phase of the deal /sale, I also did followups and was responsible for data entry and I used my experience with Excel to create charts and data in a way that the customer would understand the number in charts and piecharts , I would also explain with sales script the service. I didn't provide the service, I hold many hats as an intern when I was volunteering.

I was a daily helper at Walmart. I would directly deal with the customers daily , I would also deal with the logistics and follow training to help with logistics and I would always make sure to leave the customer happy and satisfied because our business principle is to build a relationship not just a purchase. I learned many things on the floor and I was a vital worker in COVID .
