Research & Development of novel amino acid derivatives as chiral building blocks and metal organic frameworks for their application as novel catalyst for stereoselective reactions. Hands-on preparative organic chemistry, purification techniques and analytical instruments. Trained bachelor students in good laboratory practices (GLP), experimental procedures and analytical instruments. Documentation, publication and presentation of results at international scientific conferences.
