Developed and maintained Sumx, a distributed call center analytics platform built on 17 FastAPI microservices, enabling large-scale processing and analysis of customer interactions through audio transcription. Focused on enhancing system performance, scalability, and reliability by optimizing inter-service communication, improving observability, and refactoring core components.

Developed and maintain Payam, a high-performance asynchronous messaging platform that serves as the core notification service for the entire company. The system handles ~950K daily requests, with peak loads exceeding 660 RPS, while maintaining 99.9% uptime.

Developed and deployed a centralized asset and client management system using Django, consolidating multiple data sources into a single source of truth for the organization. Designed an automated calculation engine that processed performance and bonus data for over 1,000 employees, eliminating more than 20 hours of manual work per cycle and ensuring 100% on-time payments.
