-Identify prospective customers both domestic and international by using business directories, follow leads from existing clients, and attend trade shows and conferences, Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements, ,Perform the project management to incorporate INCELL International limited liability partnership company; launching the ESS system in the telecom tower of Vodafone in Cairo in Egypt , coordinate the service training for overseas buyers in Egypt, Japan, Sweden.,

-Handling logistics, export-import tasks, and customer service of submersible pump sales, Organize operational logistics of domestic and international projects, resolve work-related issues, and coordinate activities with over 30 overseas branches, companies in project consortiums and forwarding companies for shortest delivery time and cost effectiveness -Create price quotation based on cost analysis with technical specifications for domestic and international customers

- Identify business opportunities in Europe and Australia, Assess customers' needs in Asia, North & South America and Oceania- Determine the mix of products and services to be provided and negotiate conditions of trade especially to export the retread plant to New Zealand - Liaise with local and overseas suppliers and distributors about orders and products - Research regulatory and statutory requirements - Arrange the shipping of goods into and out of the country

Handle import and export tasks including customs clearance Identify potential customers and manage existing customers in Americas and Australia markets Coordinated from production to logistic Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, and complete contracts and record orders Mediate complaints by researching the nature of issues and provide suitable information to customers for prompt resolution of the problem
