Has been working as Technical Manager of Data Communication Division To supervise the team to carry out daily network operations and to develop new projects in accordance to varying requirements. Has been leading IP Telephony group for Enterprise IP Telephony of Vakifbank with Cisco, having more than 920 locations and 17.500 ports. 100+ servers are in the scope for IP telephony, UC applications, voice recording, video conferencing. Daily support operations and R&D are carried out by the team.

Worked as Solution Architect / Technical Consultant based in Munich/Germany. Took responsibility for global Siemens Hipath 8000 & UC project support, HELPS Team (Hipath Enhanced Launch Project Support). Main responsibilities: • to give global support to country experts in various phases of global projects, • to supervise Hipath Voice & UC Roadmap. Participated in SVAT (Service for Voice Architecture and Training) Program for HiPath 8000 Solution Consultants.

Participated in several R&D projects executed according to CMMI-5* processes, using Spiral Life-Cycle Model. As a Lead Sys Engineer in National Emergency Management System (NEMIS) Project and used such tools and technologies as UML, Enterprise Architect, CVS, and Mantis. Besides, designed communication network and data network, developed network and data security infrastructure, voice and video services, monitoring schemes, server and client systems infrastructure, database infrastructure in NEMIS project.

Implemented security services such as IPSec and AAA, network management (snmp based management consoles, such as Ciscoworks, HPOV, MRTG) Worked as a team leader in VoIP and QoS design & implementation project for Vakifbank branches. Worked as a team leader for GPRS based ATM and POS applications’ project. Had been responsible for design, implementation and management of network security and traffic utilizing network protocols such as IP, PPP, X.25, FR, ATM.
