To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time personnel officer (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnel-related and labor law issues
• Independent operational handling of personnel processes
• Processing and further development / optimization of personnel management processes
• Preparation of statistics and reports
• Constructive and trusting cooperation with the works council
• Project work in various HR subject areas

• Completed commercial training combined with further training as an HR specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in HR, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Sound knowledge of labor law and of or with the TVöD-K
• Great commitment, hands-on mentality and high personal flexibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
