Job description
- You are responsible for the independent creation and preparation of sophisticated customer offers
- You also take care of the preparation and creation of insurance overviews with an acquisition background
- In addition, you take over the processing of ongoing processes, incoming orders, small claims and customer data
- You will be responsible for making appointments as well as preparing and following up on customer visits
- In addition, you will take care of administrative and organisational tasks, such as creating selections
- Last but not least, your tasks will include ensuring quality in the work processes
Requirements
- You have completed training as an insurance salesperson (m/f/d), insurance specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have already gained experience in the field of insurance and finance and ideally experience as a sales assistant (m/f/d)
- You are confident in using MS Office programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Very good written and spoken German skills also speak in your favour
- A customer- and service-oriented way of working as well as enjoyment of telephone contact with customers and colleagues:
- Cross-divisional and business management thinking and acting is a matter of course for you
