Your responsibilities
Do you want to make a significant contribution to shaping the Talent Management of BSH? Then you have come to the right place! In this role you contribute to ensure that talents can maximize their potential and drive business success.
- Global coordination of methods and processes to build a holistic, integrated Talent Management System
- Lead development, design and international implementation of new Talent Management IT landscape.
- Steer interdisciplinary and international project teams, considering stakeholder needs globally, regionally and locally.
- Create global communication concepts and HR Enablement concepts for HR Business Partners.
- Monitor and evaluate market developments, trends and benchmarking to ensure state‑of‑the‑art talent management
Your profile
- (Master’s) degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Deep expertise and proven track record in Talent Management (5–8 years).
- Strong in implementing new processes and IT tools, with drive, results focus and hands‑on mentality.
- Experience leading projects and working with international teams in global, strategic contexts.
- Understanding of consumer needs, strong stakeholder communication, fluency in English and German.
