Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience (in automotive area would be an advantage) and detailed knowledge in HR controlling, HR analytics, finance controlling or a similar role
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of HR and BI tools is an advantage (SAP HR)
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyze HR KPIs
- Prepare defined HR reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data and reports
- Monitor and identify optimization opportunities
- Benchmark analysis on different functions
- Monitor and analyze the Qualification Matrix for direct labor
- Adhere to data protection and confidentiality requirements
- Contribute to HR strategy through data-driven insights
