• Project management for event properties Air Cargo India (Expo), Air Cargo Africa (Expo) & Flower Logistics Africa (Conference). • Manage venue overlay, venue accreditation and vendor management. • Strategize and implement operational procedures for outdoor makeshift exhibition structure of 5000 sq. mts.

• Handle the pre-race vehicle scrutiny pavilion, ensuring participants and race marshal coordination. • Coordinate with back-up vehicles at each stage of the race including paramedics, race marshals and fuel supply fleet. • Oversee track time keeping, participant registration process and sponsor activation. • In-charge for post-race analysis and media management.

• Manage overall operations for B2B event properties Air Cargo India (Expo), Air Cargo Africa (Expo), Air Cargo Logistics Asia (Expo), Maintenance, repair & overhaul India (Expo). • Expand the events department with staffing and strategizing launch of new event properties in India, Kenya, South Africa, Singapore & Hongkong. • Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, venues and coordinated with external event agencies for smooth execution of events.

• Develop new event property with research and feasibility study to expand events portfolio. • Assist marketing director with exploring new business avenues and structuring the events department.
