Led MRB for Embraer E1/E2, issuing dispositions for 2,000+ non-conformities (installation, interfaces, manufacturing). Performed on-site assessments ensuring fit, clearance, and EASA CS-25/Part 21 compliance. Acted as technical focal point across engineering, production, and customers. Supported airlines (AOG, in-service issues) and EIS activities. Conducted RCA and implemented corrective actions. Developed design/repair solutions (CATIA V5, SolidWorks).

Executed 3D/2D design and validation of cabin interiors (galleys, lavatories, bins, dividers) using CATIA V5 and SolidWorks. Led technical meetings (First Gate) with Safran, Embraer, and customers to align requirements and resolve issues. Conducted end-to-end engineering studies for new cargo compartment (concept to testing). Ensured compliance via cross-functional work with structures, flammability, and certification. Supported production with RCA and corrective actions.

- Prepared technical documentation and supported engineering analysis integration. - Created 2D/3D drawings for interior commodities (liners, bins, galleys) using CATIA V5. - Contributed to major aircraft programs: Bombardier Global/Challenger, Irkut MC-21, and Airbus A330neo.
