The role involves leading and supporting activities in the following areas: - Project Management and support - Performance Reporting and Analysis - End to End Process Improvement

Specialist responsible for primary transports: co-packers and suppliers in CEE region, Ice Cream factory in Poland and for secondary transport (Baltic countries). Main activities: daily contact with customers, orders and transport monitoring, KPI reporting for secondary transports.

Customer service activities, input of orders, pre-billling, daily, weekly and monthly (KPI) reporting about status of shipments, everyday contact with national and international customer, transport activities, organizing special transport for customer, contacting other departments and partner’s, checking transport invoices and other activities connected to services for key client

Supporting inbound goods analysis; freight cost analysis; import administration; import VAT reporting; outbound goods flow analysis; explore SAP Logistics reporting; RMA (Return Material Authorization) administration; CMS administration;
