The jobs in this level are responsible for overseeing the IT development activities and programming management. Roles at this level will also have advanced team management expertise which enables them to deal with complex team management issues and support the teams for the execution of programs. Jobs are also responsible for developing policies and procedures for IT development and software testing ensuring consistent and efficient execution of activities

The jobs in this level are responsible for supporting their department manager in the process of developing applications, defining IT development and testing policies and procedures and controlling software releases. Jobs are also responsible for managing programs ensuring alignment with time, cost and Quality targets, and selection, monitoring and evaluation of contractors. The jobs are expected to produce standard reports concerning progress against agreed work schedules.

The jobs in this level are responsible for the contribution to the application development process through the documentation and analysis of technical requirements, the preparation of sub-programmes to the standards defined by project plans, or through developing and executing structured user acceptance test cases and scripts based on the business functional requirements.

Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone and other electronic medium.Configuration of client's equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (DSL customers only).
