Leading the development and scaling of KGAL's digital investment platform, physible. Reporting to the CEO of KGAL, I am responsible for the following tasks: - Identifying target customers, understand their needs and preferences through primary and secondary research - Co-developing the structure and the idea of real asset linked financial products that cater for target customers' needs - Defining the right marketing strategy and tactics to reach target customers efficiently online and offline

My key responsibilities were: - Leading B2B sales resulting in the onboarding of 10 new banks on the Savedo platform - Heading the business development team of 5+ employees - Supporting internationalisation and the introduction of new saving products - Defining and implementing the company strategy as part of the management team

My key responsibilities were: - Evaluating startup ideas and developing business cases - Assessing startup pitches and teams - Supporting newly founded startups in their initial phase in business development and operations

Key projects: - Business modeling / planning and creating a new organizational setup for a major CEE aviation company - Setting up a business plan for a large Hungarian road freight transporter in a commercial due diligence project - Transformation of a container shipping company with focus on utilization improvement and sales strategy - Central PMO, outsourcing of the logistics supply chain and coordination of business simulation for a telco operator in SEA
