Empowered the seamless SAP S4 HANA launch by setting the effective Organizational Change Management framework and Organizational frameworks for key project and product teams in the Company’s operations and finance digital transformation program: • Ensured the organizational readiness for process platform transition by Implementing the change management methodology and tools. • Set the role model and roles library (5 structure types, 100+ roles) for projects' and products' teams.

Supply Chain financial controlling. Cut normative material losses down for 10% by implementing the processes analysis and eliminated gaps in processes control system. • Ensured the operations continuity by setting the key materials tracking process according to new regulatory requirements (regulatory complaints cut to zero).

B2B transportation services sales. Contributed to the new Company’s direct B2B transportation services branch launch.
