Led marketing and the total customer relationship (CRM, pricing & promotion, branding & communication, customer services) for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This is METRO Cash & Carry’s 3rd most important geography worldwide.

Full P&L responsibility for Rossmann’s drugstore retail chain in the Czech market, a JV with Hong Kong based Hutchison Whampoa group, with 150 outlets and 800 employees. Led company turnaround through restructuring and improvement along the entire value chain.

Built C&A’s business in the Czech Republic from the very first employee and store into the country’s No. 1 fashion brand, with a total of 25 locations and 500 employees.
