SAP Track &Trace: -Pilot solution implementation for serialization and traceability, based on SAP Track &Trace. -Local suppliers development; alignment with Astrazena SAP central team Mexico City-London and global suppliers. -Responsible for interaction with Brazilian entities in charge of traceability Projects: GS1, Abafarma, Sindusfarma.

SAP implementation of SAP ECC – FI/CO/MM/SD and SAP BW/BO; SAP WM; SAP HCM -SAP projects management: scope, time, costs, human resources and change management. -Procurement: planning, support of decision taken and acquisitions for SAP projects. -SAP structure development to attend 1.200 end-users. -Support to IT Area on Automation and Datacenter strategy and execution. -Outsourced deliverables and partners management.

SAP ECC 4.6 to 6.0 Migration SAP Fiscal SPED (accounting bookkeeping) and NFe (electronic invoices) SAP Tais - Global template implementation -GAPs documentation and alignment of the company’s 5 local units, for posterior discussion of solutions and implementation with central IT and central Tais France. -Management of all involved partners (Accenture, E&Y, BBKO, CSC, GF Alliance)

SAP CO and BW - Vorantim Group: Development of 96 urgent action solutions, related to SAP-FI CO and BW reports, to allow 8 business units to attend legal and governance requirements.

-Integra - SAP PS implementation: Cutover management of internal SAP PS Project implementation, including training, migration and support activities for 65 projects in 3 companies.

SAP Global template implementation: -Project management of SAP Comp@ss for VSS Division. -GAPs documentation and liaison with the local units and central team France. -Data migration standards definition and support to all Brazilian divisions. -Evaluation and hiring of local solutions: Comex, Fiscal, Datacenter. -Outsourced deliverables and partners management (Accenture, Softway, Viseo).
