Relation management with key-men of conventioned companies. Development and commercial promotion among conventioned companies employees, also with public presentation of our commercial proposal (B2E). Deputy of Regional Manager for Triveneto Area (NorthEast Italy). Employees coordination, according with R.M., in all the Area (about 130 people). Placement management and professional growth paths of Region’s employees. Active participation in budgeting processes and in their distribution to all the Profit Centers. Results monitoring and relations management with Headquarters. CRM management.

Manager of 5 Branches, in the first period (about 40 employees), with focus on HR management, organization, commercial results monitoring, growth and Branches development. During this period I have managed and coordinated 6 new Branches startup in my Area, with responsability for breakeven achievement.
